Gallery Minimal certificate of authenticity template
Contemporary art and photography
A Swiss grid, a strong title, tiny alignment marks and a generous image area.
Portrait by default, with a landscape version that moves the plate to the right. No account needed until you download.

Sample: studio screenprint, 18/50. Front with a photo, behind without.
The whole artwork sits on a neutral plate (fit entire image by default): across the page for a landscape photo, at the left with the work’s title beside it as a caption for a portrait or square photo, and on the right half of a landscape page. Without a photo, the title is set large and heavy in the plate’s place. Without a certificate number, the lozenge carries the date of issue.
Shown in Signal red with a sample painting.
Best for: Design studios and contemporary makers.
Studio Grid looks like it came out of a design studio: a strict grid, numbered rows, small registration marks and the certificate number in a serial lozenge. It suits product editions, screenprints, furniture and anything sold with a clean, systematic record.
A strict grid with tiny registration marks and a fine ruler at the margin, a strong sans-serif heading beside a short metallic bar, and numbered rows (work, details, statement, signature) with hanging labels and hairline rules.
Design studios, contemporary makers, photographers and product editions that want a clean, systematic record.

Tip: If you add a QR code, point it at the work’s page on your own site. It sits in the signature row and links to whatever URL you give it.
Studio Grid comes in 3 paper sizes and 4 colorways. Every color below opens the editor in that variant; switching later keeps your text and edition.

Cobalt : open Studio Grid in the editor in Cobalt
Forest : open Studio Grid in the editor in Forest A5 is composed on its own rather than shrunk, so the type stays readable.
Preview the metallic areas in gold, silver or no metallic (the design's ink color). The colorways pair with gold or silver by default, and you can switch.
Low ink keeps heavy fills and grounds off the page for home printers.
Vector PDF with embedded fonts, PNG or JPEG, an SVG file, and the foil artwork for printer review. All free during launch, with a free account at download.
Design version 3. Reprints of an issued certificate keep the version they were issued with.
Only the fixed grid markers are foil: the four registration marks, the heading bar and the lozenge outline. The serial number inside the lozenge and all other variable text print in ordinary ink.
Foil artwork for printer review. The download is a ZIP with the full artwork, the ordinary-ink artwork and the foil layer as separate PDFs on the same page size and bleed, plus a preview and a plain-English note for your printer. Your printer confirms the foil, the paper and the tolerances before anything is made. Read how the foil files work.
