Anything not listed keeps working as it does today until we announce a change on this page. The eight Studio designs carry a small
Studio tag with “free during launch” in the template gallery. Every design opens in the same
certificate maker.
What stays free forever
Two complete designs stay free for good, with an optional photo, logo and signature, the ordinary vector PDF and no watermark.
So do your local drafts, and the blank printable PDFs on the free templates page, which download with no account at
all.
You need one only when you download your certificate: an email and a password, no card. Choosing a design, filling it in and the preview
need no account, and your draft is kept when you sign up.
Your certificate is saved as issued
Every download keeps a fixed copy of what you issued, so you can reprint exactly the same certificate later.
The next edition in seconds
Duplicate a certificate to make 8/25 from 7/25, or reissue a corrected version that links back to the original. Both stay free after launch.

Save your name, role, statement and contact details as an issuer profile, then apply it to a new certificate in one click. Free during launch; part of Studio later.

When Studio launches, it is planned as a monthly plan you can cancel at any time. Certificates you have downloaded stay yours, and the free designs keep working. Billing and cancellation terms will be in the terms before it starts.
Why charge at all? Drawing new designs, storing saved certificates and images, and keeping the foil files right costs money. A small plan

Is it really free?
Yes. Every download is free during launch, with no watermark and no card. All ten designs are free during launch. Studio designs will be part of a $10/month plan later; Gallery Minimal and Edition Rosette stay free.
Why do I need an account to download?
The account saves the exact certificate you issued, so you can reprint it, issue the next edition number or correct it later. That stays free after launch, for every design. It needs only an email and a password. You can choose a design, fill it in and check the preview without one, and your draft is kept when you sign up.

Certificates you have already downloaded are yours to keep, and their saved copies stay in your free account, so you can still download them again, make the next edition or reissue them.

There is nothing to cancel or refund today, because nothing on this site can be bought yet. Studio is planned as a monthly plan you can cancel at any time; the free designs keep working after you cancel. Billing, cancellation and refund terms will be published here and in the terms before Studio starts.
Is there a limit on photos?
Each photo can be up to 20 MB and 40 megapixels. A signed-in account stores up to 30 images (photos, logos and signatures).
Do you print certificates or supply foil?
No. Certificate of Authenticity Template makes printable files. Print them yourself, or send the PDF or the foil artwork package to a print shop for their review.
