Botanical Atelier certificate of authenticity template
Botanical art and printmakers
Engraved cornerpieces, warm ivory paper and a restrained copper-gold frame.
Portrait by default, with a landscape version for wide objects. No account needed until you download.

Sample: handmade ceramic vessel. Front with a photo, behind without.
Your photo sits in a mat with generous space around it and keeps its own proportions, portrait or landscape. Without a photo, the statement moves up under the title in a larger italic and the ledger follows, so the page still feels full.
Shown in Oxblood & gold with a sample painting.
Best for: Heirloom pieces, ceramics and craft studios.
Heritage Frame has the warmth of an old family document: ivory paper, a copper-gold border and classical cornerpieces. It is a natural fit for pieces that will be kept for generations, such as furniture, jewelry, ceramics and commissioned work, and for craft studios with a traditional feel.
A copper-gold outer rule and a softly tinted border band surround the page. The inner rule steps in around each corner, where a classical scroll cornerpiece sits. Inscriptional capitals open the page, the details read as a neat catalog ledger, and a sunburst star seal sits at the foot.
Heirloom pieces, ceramics, furniture, jewelry and craft studios: work that suits a warm, classic presentation.
More on certificates for original artwork, and the wording to put on a certificate.
Tip: Use the notes line for care instructions or the materials list. The ledger keeps them separate from the statement, so the page still reads cleanly.
Heritage Frame comes in 3 paper sizes and 4 colorways. Every color below opens the editor in that variant; switching later keeps your text and edition.

Preview the metallic areas in gold, silver or no metallic (the design's ink color). The colorways pair with gold or silver by default, and you can switch.
Low ink keeps heavy fills and grounds off the page for home printers.
Vector PDF with embedded fonts, PNG or JPEG, an SVG file, and the foil artwork for printer review. All free during launch, with a free account at download.
Design version 3. Reprints of an issued certificate keep the version they were issued with.
The foil version uses the outer border line, the four broad cornerpieces and the seal star. Fine engraving lines, the inner border and all of your text stay in ordinary ink, and small enclosed shapes that could fill in during stamping are left out.
Foil artwork for printer review. The download is a ZIP with the full artwork, the ordinary-ink artwork and the foil layer as separate PDFs on the same page size and bleed, plus a preview and a plain-English note for your printer. Your printer confirms the foil, the paper and the tolerances before anything is made. Read how the foil files work.
